How long does a project take?
It depends on the size and number of stores in the project scope.Averagely, a project takes two months from kick-off to job completion sign off.
I have multiple stores, can I manage the display centrally?
Yes, that is the beauty of our management software. You can manage all your stores from a single login portal. You can push your pricing templates to all the stores.
How long does the ESLs last?
The ESLs last a minimum of 5 years. They operate on a pair of CR2450, each with 600mAh capacity or CR2430, each with 300mAh capacity
Are you available to travel
Yes, we are available to travel to any province or territory within Canada to render our service.
Can I use one ESL to display price for multiple items?
Yes, our management software allows multi-item templates in its template design. You can design the tag templates with images of the items. It is recommended that the multi-item template be used on ESLs with bigger screen sizes.
What is the hand over process for the project?
At the completion of the project, we will train designated staff on how to use the management software and also provide support for one month, post job completion signify.
What kind of support do you offer?
